Namebright put my $5000+ Domain in "clientHold" without any Notice/Mail.

So, Just checked, One of Domain Which i bought from Dropcatch.com at cost of $5000+ in Dec, 20. Wasn't working,

It's live project.

I checked by with IT guy, No server errors or anything. Domain just stopped working, I checked whois, It's showing "clientHold". Which seems like some registrar issue. I checked for mails from namebright but no nothing there. Immediately tried calling their helpline but only automated responses. Finally Dropped a Support request.

Any Namebright/Dropcatch Rep here? Anyone else facing similar issues?

check if you got some domain info contact verification emails maybe?
