Also a good lesson for brokers; I broker premiums (but I don't own any) and no matter how rude/insulting/profane anyone involved gets, it's the broker's 'level head' that may make or break a deal. Because often, buyers and/or sellers are not necessarily nice, or patient, or considerate, or polite. And quite often, without a level headed middleperson to smooth the way, when the insulting (or irrational demands) emails start flowing, it isn't uncommon for the buyer or seller to say, "This isn't worth it, dealing with a dick like this. Screw it."

I've received some pretty heated communications, in my years as a seller and as a broker. My rule has always been: be like cotton. Ha. Let the others involved be like sharp edges or sledgehammers, slicing and pounding away at each other. Be a cotton swab and clean everything. Gently.

After a sale, surprising how many people will apologize for their bad behavior during the process, and thank you for maintaining a clear head and for not being drawn into the squabble.

Its never a good idea to sell too low just for the sake of making some quick case, especially with LLLL domains, the longer you wait, the more valuable they become
