Good luck with your sales!

A b o u t - P e t s . c o m

- just sold for $1,100 on SquadHelp, Standard listing (low commission, I will get $1,017 net)
- registered for $8.47 with GoDaddy plus one renewal
- hold time 18 months

{BIN was $1,375 Their initial offer was $800.
Buyer is from Germany, IP showed.
I asked SH to come up in counteroffer.
It took buyer three days to make this purchase.
Domain is out of my GD account already(y)
Just for information, if interested, this is my third sale on SH within ~one year, none of them was in Premium category, but rather Standard category - former Basic Plus. Prices sold for were 1,520; $1,000, and now $1,100(and two of three domains were hyphened). I have 24 domains in premium category and around active 2K in standard category}

Nice. So you the set name servers to SH name servers for your standard listings and didn't add marketing exposure option. Am I right?

Nice. Do you the set name servers to SH name servers for your standard listings as well?
It is a must, as I understand SH policy. I tried to do TXT records change in my registrar account, didn't work,- domain was not showing even in "Creative domains owners" lower level category in their marketplace. I am planning to set WLM market page at SH for my standard domains soon.

Congrats on the sale!

How did the buyer find this domain? I thought SH only shows premium names in their marketplace? Is it through WLM?

Not sure about this buyer.
But this domain had SH DNS setting, I guess buyer checked category at the bottom of SH home page called "Creative Owned Names For Sale", that is how potential buyers find non-Premium domains I think.

If you are using SH landers then most probably it was a direct typein user.

Congrats on the sale.

nothing fancy..no 50k btc profits lol... but in my world we dont spit on any profit and value money..

all are makeoffers...under 1yr regs...no outbound

hommy....,co...120..sedo

blockchai.,n.,tothem.,oon.,com....godaddy.... 200$

just wanna briefly touch sedo sale. cause it's my 1st ever sale where buyer months ago made offe.. I countered much higher..he cancelled nego..so no more way for me to lower prev offer etc which I always do to keep sale hope alive...so..then I did the only thing left to reach buyer sedo says..ie..set bin..then he gets email about bin etc.. I did this many times.. thought it may not work. they never get email..but this is proof they do..which is nice...else all nego cut off...so ya..here too months ago I set bin 200..they replied now..can actually counter that bin...or maybe they just made fresh offer..prolly not cause email I got was they are countering my 200 bin...anyway.. i agrees to 120...i would drop it anyway

hope this helps all who had cancelled sedo negos..not sure but I assume buyers get new emails each time u set new bin..hmmm? cheers happy sales

Never reported this sale before on NP, but in 2017 I sold eplay (dot) (com) for $60,000 via Flippa. A bit old news, but better late than never. Have not been active in a long time, but am now restarting domaining and will report future sales.

Here is another old sale I did not report on NP before, or anywhere else, I sold GOVR (dot) (com) for $11,850 in October 2017 on Flippa. Was a bargain IMO.

The current seller has minimum offers of $100,000!!

Glad at least one person does not fear pricing domains correctly.

@AEProgram The only reason I sold "eplay dot com" and "govr dot com" so low, was because I needed the money to travel, was planning to quit all domaining and go on a "personal" journey, but if it wasn't for that, I would have held those names for 100 years until a buyer who knows the true value of those domains came along! But now I am restarting domaining, so will hold my current premium domains forever with "correct" pricing, so I agree with you on that ;) PS I will never regret selling those names so "low" though, because what I gained was priceless, traveling the world with a backpack for almost 6 months without internet, but that is besides the point. And yeah those buyers got very lucky!

A - M o d o - M i o . c o m

- just sold for $1,399 on Afternic, BIN, Fast-Transfer through DLS Network
- registered for $8.47 with GoDaddy
- hold time ~3 months

{This name had been in "Pending Sale" status for two days I guess before it was purchased. I registered it as expired when it was dropped.
According to Google translate, name means "My Way" in Italian. There are many google search results. There is a restaurant with this name in New Jersey and a Pizzeria in Virginia etc....:sneaky:}
