Net4.in/net4.com domain transfer code

I have been trying to get the transfer code for a domain name registered at net4.in/net4.com, but I can't get it in my email. Previously I used to get it at least in the spam folder. The interface is full of glitches, can't change nameserver, won't accept a support request. Now their support email doesn't even work.
Luckily I moved out most of my domains from there.
I went over to icann.org to file my complaint, but it also doesn't work!
Is there any way I can force initiate a transfer request from another registrar and confirm it through my email account used for registration?

Just contact .IN Registry, there is an important announcement on registry.in

The problem is that it's a dot com domain. I am not sure if NIXI will be helping me in my case.

Hi there,

My name is Thomas and I represent Openprovider.

First of all, we're sorry that you all have problems with your domains. Please hang in there a little longer and hopefully everything is solved soon.

I've contacted support about this problem and there are a few things. Net4 india has transferred domains without informing their customers, this is against the ICANN rules. We want to help since more and more people are contacting us to solve the problem.

What we suggest:
1. Contact the net4 network for information, and give them 5 working days to respond
URL: net4.com/aspx/general/contact.aspx
2. If no response has been made, please try step 1 again.
3. If after step 1 and 2 no response has been given, please contact the Openprovider support we'll try to help as good as possible.

Net4 has told us that they're going to pick up and improve their support services

Hopefully, this is all over soon, thank you for your time!

How is Openprovider related to this?
Good question!

People started to look for solutions themselves, because they didn't get a response from Net4. Since Net4 is our customer, the domains show up in the WHOIS as registered at: Hosting Concepts B.V. dba Openprovider. Which led the Net4 customers to our support section.

I see. Thanks for going the extra mile, helping customers of your client. And also for explaining the business relationship here on namePros.

I know this is an old thread but just updating here:
Net4India's accreditation has been revoked by ICANN. If you haven't managed to get your domain, you might soon be able to as ICANN winds down Net4's operations and transfers domains to another registrar
