Domainers common challenge is liquidating the inventory when cash is needed.

Is domainers benefit from having a platform to auction their inventory anytime without paying any auction submission fees..

The side-effect of allowing free auction submissions, is anyone can submit any names , could leads to the quality challenges.

The other hand, it benefits the genuine domainers who can find a model for constant cashflow.

Appreciate your vote and also if you can leave your comments too :)

Idk about Namescon, cant say with absolute certainty #2
Last year it was run by ROTD.
This year it’s run by Godaddy Auctions in-house.

Let’s see what future holds, but NamesCon is
“Apple and Oranges” Daily Auctions vs Annual ones.
DaaZ is talking about a new platform entirely catered us! I’m in, excited, and cant wait to try.

namepros.com is a great platform buy have some limits - only 2 auction thread allowed for free so it not almost free. I need to list 270 domains lol

Thanks for this feedback.

While you can list hundreds of auctions in 1 auction thread on NamePros, it could get confusing in its current format. We may be able to improve that experience with new features for marketplace threads.

However, it's usually not recommended to run 200+ auctions at once if you want maximum value for them. The most successful auctions are given a lot of attention by their auctioneers, which contributes to their success. Creation, promotion, maintenance, incentives, updates, closing, etc. It takes a lot of work.

At NamePros, you can create ~60 auctions each month (2 per day * 30 days) with a free account and ~90 auctions each month with a free VIP account. That's a lot.

It may make sense for NamePros to allow unlimited tentative auctions, so you could list 270 domains for auction but the auction won't begin (and won't show under auctions) until it receives its starting bid. That'd be interesting. :)

Thank you for all of those who has participated in the poll and sharing your thoughts.

Close to 77% looking for the free auction submissions.

Hope this poll has highlighted the need for such platform.

The message I got is, I should go back and convince my management to allow free auction submisisons.
Hope I will come back with some good news.

Thanks again.
