Hi,
I have an inordinate amount of 1800 domain names. So I was curious what others have. It goes without saying that the optimal pattern would be below

1800+7 letter word

I'll accept 1-800-+7 Letter word.

Similar to 1800FLOWERS.com and 1800Contacts.com

Also, while were are at it. Let's discuss whether 1800 domains where the word at the end is either less than 7 letters or more than 7 letters. Is the domain name still viable when the amount of letters has to match the amount of numbers a telephone number needs to have after the area code or the 800.

Can anyone come up with a famous 1800 domain where the word at thee end is either more or less than 7 letters?

should be interesting.

here's mine.

1800Printer.com
1800Special.com
1800Shipper.com
1800Venture.com
1800Bankers.com
1800Servers.com

here's a list of active 1800 domains I have see

1800flowers.com
1800contacts.com
1800hosting.com

nice! and perfect 7 letter word(s).

Just recently got 1800luxury.com on drop. I swear I thought Luxury was 7 letters! woops! it's only 6. do you think it matters much?

How exactly would a 6 letter word work for an actual 1800 number?

I've seen some with 6 letter words some even 8 letters.

how would one rationalize branding with a 800 number but the word itself is less than 7 letters meaning it's a 6 numbers after the 1800?

I forgot about my other on 1800Meeting.com and 1800Bookies.com

ahhhh so you are the 1800bastard.com (available to register) who snagged 1800virtual.com ! niiiiioooccee!!

Can we talk about your 4,5,6 letter words after the 1800? not to disparage them. I actually like them. I just wanted to discuss the viability of such domains and how they would work as for an actual phone number like

1-800-123-4567 ?

Are these examples of domains where the word at the end is less than or even more than 7 letters to match a proper phone number?

lol, thanks! @ Virtual... Snagged it around the time virtual reality took off.

For one, I like 1800 as just a brand even without the number. Though having the number greatly increases it's value.

I have seen alot of Ads on TV that use 1800 with a 4,5,6 letter word after. All the have to do in the ad is make up a new word for the remaining letters.

So 1800Toys.com. Dial 1800-got-toys (Maybe yould have to own 1800gottoys.com too incase.

But what's more viable is this: End the phone number with toys.

Ad: dial 1800-123-Toys.... again, 1800-123-Toys or 1800-555-toys

I'm 100% sure i've seen Ads that only use part of the 7 digits as the word.
