Whether it's spam or just suspected to be spam or scam, please copy and paste their email text or parts of it. Providing a link to a spam/scam provider (and asking fellow NP users to check it out) might not be the cleverest idea.

I can set-up myself no help needed..I mean anyone can do it by their own no extra qualifications needed..hehe

Didn't you see that these kind of emails comes only in Junk box. This means they have stolen your email ID from your whois record and want you to pay them $ 70 or $ 90 if you want to see your URL in Search Engines.

This is not scam but spam. Many domainers too do this in their outbound sale.

This is why you should buy from registrars with free privacy protection and always enable that privacy protection.
