I've questioned Bannon's sincerity from the beginning. IMHO, he has been one of the major divisive forces in America fueling the Trump campaign. He's been a spin doctor of misinformation and dis-intelligence in attempt to smear any rival. Anything that he offers has an ulterior motive. I wouldn't trust a word he says.
That being said, I've done my own research and you can do the reading for yourself to extract the truth. What role did Hunter play on the board of Burisma is unclear.
The real questions for me are: what influence did Hunter's role as a member of the board have on US politics? While it is clearly an awkward situation, a son being paid by a foreign corporation, does that constitute a conflict of interest? If so, by how much and why didn't he step down if it was? Finally, what sway did Joe have on Ukraine with regard to to Burisma due to his son's involvement, although that may not even be a concern for US interests, since having someone inside the boardroom is often considered an advantage.
