This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

Do not post only, "great sale" or similar as this doesn't contribute to the thread. (Don't reply for the sole purpose of complimenting.)
  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

Do you have both the Make Offer and BIN options on all domains, or is it one or the other depending on the name? Thanks...

we/2/ .co

Afternic, $785

Hold time (purchase to buy) 1 month. And then the buyer chose to wait a whole month for the transfer lock end, to get the auth code, because the domain was on Sav. This is already 2nd sale of Sav domain for me when buyer preferred to wait for the transfer but not having domain on Sav. 2 of 2, 100% cases so far.

Domain name: B/a/n/d/i/s/h in KING.
Sale venue: Afternic fast transfer via Domain.com
Listing type: BIN
Sale price: $1,388
Purchase venue: purchased at Godaddy expired auction in 2015.
Cost: $330 including Renewals.
Details:
Interesting thing about this domain name is that I listed it for $788 at Dan.com landing page. Buyer bought at domain.com and not through landing page where he could potentially pay half of the price. He must have typed it and bought it.

T h a i A i r . n e t

- just sold for $899, Afternic BIN, Fast-Transfer
- registered for $11.17 with GoDaddy
- hold time 11 months

{Thai means Thailand. I think the idea of registering this one a year ago was that airlines company would be interested in it:-,}
On second screenshot is the picture of this domain being in Pending sale status in Afternic account; it was in such status for several hours, not sure what it means, but looks like buyer put domain into cart and was thinking for a bit before finishing purchase. If someone from this forum is a buyer, let me know next time buying my domain, I'll give you discount in amount of commission ; -)

Domain: Ten(.)GG
Sales Price: $3000
Venue: Dan.com Make Offer
Purchase Price: Reg Fee
Hold time: 11 months

Investment rationale:

I'm a massive gamer so the extension resonates with me alot as GG (Good Game) is a term I use pretty much everyday. The numerical keyword "Ten" is hugely popular in general so it was worth taking the risk to acquire. For those interested in .GG there are still many opportunities, but, you will need to view the namespace as a gamer and not as a domainer. The name will be going to an Esports business in europe, I'd recommend checking back in a few weeks to see how they've developed it.

Please only use the name with (.). No further details.

Lucid Drones (.) com
Handreg plus one renewal
Sold: 600$ in payment plan of 6 installments
I will get: 555$
Hold Time: 1.5 years
Venue: SH WLM
Domain was listed at BIN of 899$. After my post on twitter about LucidMotor's new car LucidAir with a note that similar domain is available for sale, where I also tagged the buyer, Buyer came with a 600$ offer which I wasnt able to accept as WLM doesnt have option to accept the offers so I discounted the price and sent a message to buyer on LinkedIn and he started the payment plan.
