not my domains just checked these now. not "too" off topic. as it's along the lines of Arabic muslim holidays.

I was just curious about these.

your thread made me think again about arabic single words in dotcoms.

I've posted here on NP before about whether or not Arabic domains (written using English alphabet) suck.

seeing as how there are millions of muslims and Arabic speakers in the world there really should be more Arabic named companies out there online.

only one I can think of that's successful is Souq.com

and that points to Amazon.ae now.
