I think a lot of people (me included) are not in the forum all the time, sometimes life get busy you know... and for example, some time ago epik had a .co promo and I didn't see it, neither I received an email about it, if I saw it I would surely buy many domains but unfortunately, I didn't, things happen

That is a very point......I do not always get alerts for this thread and do not check it regually, if Epik could send an email to subscribers when a new promo starts that would be very helpful......

Create a promo subscribe link, start a email subscriber thread and post it, we can click and register for the emails and Epik then gets a nice emai list of people who are ready to spend money and we can get easy access to the deals.....

An email list for "promo" only would be awesome Plus when the promo ends, all existed users who don't buy at the promo time get a chance for a second promo called "catching up" maybe a combination of these 2, it's a maximum-win-win

Emails would be nice from Epik but you can also subscribe to this thread and ask to receive email alerts which I do. The main point is there is only so long and so often they can offer below cost transfers which they have done astonishingly often. The best I know of right now is Dynadot 7.99 with promo code COMTRANS4.

For people who do not regularly check in on the thread or Namepros you stop getting alerts (including the emails)

It is not just about the .com promo's but any extension or transfer deals on offer, they could even include hosting deals or other non domain promos.

Create the link, provide the offer options we would like to subscribe so we can tick the ones that we want to hear about and job done

Another option is to create a thread where no comments should be posted but promo deals. In this case one could subscribe to emails alerts.

And still I’m surprised why Epik doesn’t sent emails with promos to their registered users (like Dynadot, for instance). The only reason I can thinks of is that they don’t want to notify their regular customers (non-domainers) so that they pay in full.

I've always noticed that Promo page (https://www.epik.com/promos/) is almost never updated with Domain Transfer Deals but only with new registration deals, so would this be fixed in future?

I ask because its easy to miss posts in a sea of posts & its easy to check a single page regularly.

Ditto here...whether I am signed up for email alerts or just the regular ones from nps, there are often gaps when those alerts don't arrive (by one or both methods).

I've said it before, Epik could provide for a seperate 'alert' email we can sign up for directly through the Epik site. It is clear not everyone that has an account with them should get that email, only those that sign up for it having knowledge for it via namepros. Have it come from: namepro@ epik.com for example (see what I did there...took of the 's') or call it: superdeal@ epik.com.
