Wanted 36,000$ giveaway from a registrar to its customers because of COVID-19!

Hello NamePros members,

Last days most of us have received a lot of emails from different types of online services telling us some infos about the Coronavirus and how to avoid it, while none of them "in my experience at least" thought about giving some sort of discount or some credit to spend.

Today i woke up on an email from Catched.com "new backorder service" giving me a 150$ free credit to spent on its platform in backordering domains or registering new domains on its registrar Edomains.com . How beautiful is this ?! they stated clearly that this free credit is to spent while being quarantined at home to invest in the domain industry and take advantage of important projects .

And since i have a contact with one of the staff there i sent him and thanked him for this amazing gesture and he told me that this was for all the existing customers which are 240.

so i decided to share this here in the forum with hope that other registrars and services would follow and do the same.

no catched.com is a backorder service linked to the registrar Edomains.com, there you are able to manage the domains catched by the backorder platform and register new domains, and the credit is added to the balance on my account there

Thanks for clarifying! Their service looked promising until i noticed no .com (!)

that's great, i backordered 4 .io with them 4 and they got them, now i have 12 domains with them. and it is true the support is very helpful, Thanks Antoni

My man, I dont do ccTLDs but can agree they look like #1 ccTLD backorder service category

agreed, they are doing an amazing work in getting cctlds, and for me as a customer i would like to use a focused on service rather a general one.
