Duh! Ever here the expression "Make it Happen"? What is it;

1. Slogan
2. Tagline
3. Domain
4. Brand
5. Name
6. All the Above

As an expression I've heard coaches say it, preachers say it and teachers say it. I've actually used a name very similar for almost 20 years as my personal email address, and didn't realize until recently how versatile this expression could be.

I'm not sure now whether I'm a SloganGuy, a DomainGuy, a BrandGuy, or just a NameGuy? Does it matter?

A couple of new professionals just entered my life, a retired university marketing professor of 43 years, and a very savvy experienced and professional domainer who turns out to be as much a slogan guy as a domain guy. What's intrigued me most is his "slogan" talent, and having met him I've been researching "slogans" on and off for the last 24 hours.

Generally it's mostly advertising agencies who create slogans for the likes of the auto industry, the restaurant industry, the retail industry and the entertainment and sports industry....duh!, the very same industry we create domains for:xf.rolleyes:

I know I've mentioned several times I've been seeking a technical partner of sorts to compliment my naming skills, and on a couple of occasions I've said it would be nice to partner with an advertising agency who might help to monetize my domains.

Ever hear of the slogan "Need for Speed"? How about BMW's "Designed for Driving Pleasure"? Well, both of these slogans are registered .com domains. To further drive home my point about slogans and domains, I just hand reg'd a three word 16 character domain that was just dropped in March of 2019 by the owner after having been registered for 20+ years. Here's a hint; xxxxxxxxforSpeed.com

Finally, I'm not about to sit on my hands and wait for someone to find my slogan/domains, however I will be presenting them to anyone who has a "Needfor$$$.com:xf.wink:

Thoughts on slogans? How about slogans as domains? Thanks

Now that's a long one lock...i started playing with the words "passion", "pursuit" and "perfection" to see if I could shorten your slogan, and when i tried inpursuitofperfection.com i see where someone owns it and they're asking $49,888 for it....is this a crazy:xf.eek: business or what.

Here is one of my latest slogan creations that could have some legs; "Refuse to Worry". Not too long, but like "Need for Speed" (i don't own the domain) it says a lot:xf.wink:

Oh as soon as I finish keying this, i intend to see if the domain SloganCreations is available(y) By itself it's not a slogan, but it has mucho potential as a business name.

I knew I'd heard it somewhere and it makes sense it would be used to accentuate a businesses or professionals reputation/credibility. Politicians and Lawyers need it more than most:xf.wink:
