There are new Uniregistry landers, what do you think?

They're called ''Single Offer Field''.

Here's the UNI commission structure.

0% commission if you negotiate yourself. Anytime there's a lead you get buyer name, email, phone number, location.
10% commission on BIN landers. Any lander using BIN buttons.
15% if you assign lead to broker. You get to see all the communication between buyer and broker, you can send hidden messages to broker. System assigns lead to first broker available (there's many). In my experience they start engaging buyers within minutes.

You don't need to have domains registered at Uniregistry to use them. Simply create an account and add domains.

I recommend you use the Uni platform to sort your domains.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
With lightyears ahead management tools.

10% BIN commission.
0% self brokered commission.
Ability to assign leads to formal professional brokers for a 15% commission.

I think Uniregistry provides superior value.

Are you sure those are new? I remember using those for months now.

Moreover, in the commission you should have mentioned little details such as this:

The ''single offer field'' landers (first 4 pictures) are brand new from a week ago. The others are the old ones.
They might have been made available to some. Are you certain you've been using them?

i list all my names on all martkets.. including unireg. I have 1000+ names now and had much more before..

i have never completed a single sale with unireg over last 5 years. I received maybe only 10-20 offers in all... or broker inquiries.

i did not use their landers for redirect... but still it means people aren't finding my names on the marketplae.. which is bad sign... during the same time, for same names... I had fair share of sales and even more offers on gd auctions... and then some on sedo... all this also without redirecting to their sale landers.

I remmeber once wanting to use their sale lander redirects.. but then I discovered despite my self broker setting... all inquiries were going to broker.. when I Called them to ask what is up.. they said unwillingly that there are several background settings not for us, which will cause lead to go to broker... it was confusing complex stuff like whether same buyer made another offer iwthin last 30 days.. on your names or someone else... or some other nonsense like this... in short, your not in control. they are.

to me unireg is a dead end. and i never felt right or good about them.

My apologies.. I was referring to the last ones. Apparently I missed the '(not new)' text in-between.

Still, it makes sense to add the little details I mentioned above.

Thanks.

Wow.
I'm getting all my inquiries.
''several background settings not for us that will cause lead to go to broker'', never heard of such things.
There are formal settings. Which allow you to send all incoming leads to broker directly. I suspect you had that active. If you de-activate it, you get all the leads first, then you decide if you want to negotiate yourself, or assign to brokerage.

People aren't finding dan or epik names on the marketplace either.
They, and uni, are not built like afternic, sedo.

My inquiries spike when I use inquiry forms where buyer completes form to receive price quote. Same as ns3 ns4 afternic, but more transparent.

yes indeed. everything was set to selfbroker... hence my suprise when I was getting broker emails about the leads.. i reember very clearly them saying there are some background settings which may casue lead to go to broker despite selfbroker setting. it was confusing stuff... but I gave up in the end as I did not feel in control... and basically .. well... a bit cheated. I mean its either self broker or not. don't mess with clients.

as for not finding names on marketplace.. well... thats not a good thing. every market/company like unireg or others, should strive and even imo prioritize that peoples names are found on marketplace... else they become just a sale lander redirect company...

its not normal if people aren't finding names on marketplace.... becuae in the end it means no sales.. for company and for the client. its actually quite terrible. imo its very wrong to think its normal... and if you say they aren't "Built like that"... then imo they should rebuild.

or to put it more simply... why have a marketplace if its not generating offers/sales...

Many many many premium domains land at uni.
Just brainstorm and shoot random words in browser.
Not random imo.
I've noticed many pro domainers use them as a registrar (they pay the price).
And people who use them often talk about their superior management tools (which is a fact).
Also uniregistry brokerage has numbers.
Average sales price is high ($9.xxx).
Afternic's is around $2.xxx.

You can use uni landers, use afternic sedo for external offers.

Moreover, in the commission you should have mentioned little details such as this:

and this:
Show attachment 143561

The BIN lander commission is 10%, including any service fee, or premium payment fee.
Meaning if you choose to be paid by PayPal or credit card (amounts up to $5,000), the commission will still be 10%. Over $5,000 you'll have to use wire payment. Remains 10%. Any amount.

If you negotiate yourself, there is a
3% service fee on the first $5,000
0.3% of exceeding amount over $5,000
Additional 3.88% if you use Paypal or credit card (up to $5,000 only).

Meaning if your domain sells for $5,000, commission will be
3%, so $150 via wire payment.
6.88% or $344 via Paypal/ Credit card.

If it sells for $50,000, you'll have to use bank wire and commission will be
3% of $5,000 = $150
+ 0.3% of $45,000, which is $135.
$285 commission on a $50,000 transaction.

Escrow.com is 3.25% of the first $5,000 plus 0.26% of exceeding amount, up to $25.000.
Flat 0.89% for transactions over $25.000.
$162.5 on $5,000.
$445 on a $50,000 transaction.

Escrow.com integration is available in market settings.

I have tried Uni landers.
I didn't get any leads if i chose self brokered.
After chaning it to uni brokerage, leads started coming.
They wouldn't bother the lead quality. Some brokers wouldn't reply on time.

They made it a mess. These landers only work for insiders or some popular domainers, not for all.

When have you tried them? 2019, 2018, 2017?
Now you are notified even if someone clicks the buy now button before filling forms. Try from your own computer you will see.

I don't know how it used to be but now, but now there is a box in settings where you either choose to automatically assign all incoming leads to brokerage, or not.
I choose not to.

Then you receive offers/inquiries just like on DAN or any other platform, you see buyer name email phone number and location, then you can choose to either negotiate yourself, or assign to brokerage. You see all buyer/broker communication.

The lead comes to you first, then you decide, I don't see how leads could disappear somewhere in that current setting.

It's terrible they have no presence on namepros.

"Single Offer Field" is great lander , make a buyer focus on make offer or click BIN . No need see or click another link , because there are no other clickable link on headar , sidebar , and footer.

I have no idea what they used to be. All I can say is when it comes to landers + features, they are now great, which is why I am sharing.

Here's what it looks like when you receive a price inquiry / offer.

Inquiry1.png

You get inquirer name phone email location (great)
# of inquiries made by inquirer (great)
Total purchases made by inquirer (great)

"google search" searches for that domain on google.
Estibot appraisal gives you see appraisal.
Price history shows all the prices you've previously set for that domain.
Other inquiries shows you other inquiries you've had for that domain.

When you click that green button assign to broker. you quote your price and they'll take it from there, you see all of conversation. You can contact broker anytime, it's all from one dashboard (same page as picture above, you just scroll down).

What's your opinion on the new Uni landers @AbdulBasit.com ?
In your years of using Uni, have you ever heard of your or someone else's leads disappear?
