I remember the Treo. Before iPhones, that domain would have been worth a fortune!

Damn that one jumped 3x from $4700 last time I checked randomly.

Musta been ferocious bidding!

I saw these below among the treo.com one. Those sold too.

Solani.com great brand! Up there with Mercari.com
Zaoza.com (Yaoza! It's Zaoza!)
BoatCentral.com ( already know what this could end up developed )

Missed out on those. I guess they sold cheap. But you never know!

It's funny how people trip over each other to pay so much in auctions, and when offers come thru inquiry pages it's like pulling teeth to get 4 figures.

Much of Godaddy has been manipulated by Huge Domains pushing up bids, causing artificial supply, and demand by those who don't know who they are bidding up against.

And then if someone has a Diy mentality about that. It's consider bad. Lol

Does Huge bid as "huge" or using fake accounts?

That has to be a conflict of interest no? Does icann know this is or has been going on?

Icann has no governance over this, they just want their 18 cents, the real question is what incentive does huge domains get by bidding up every $12 bid, into the hundreds, just based on the interest of a single bidder.
