I just checked my eNom Account. The move to Hover was only for Retail Customers (mostly eNomCentral.com). Since eNom was a primarily Reseller Registrar, I would expect most of us here have Reseller Accounts, and so we will remain at eNom. At least for the time-being. I did also have a Retail Account. But haven't used it for a long time. I cannot even now remember the login information. I presume, because it doesn't have any domains in it, it also wasn't part of the migration (well at least I never got any emails, or it might even be a dead email address). I won't miss my Retail Account.
Actually I won't miss eNom either. I liked their Control Panel. But I transferred out my thousands of domains after I bought a domain on their defunct NameWinner, it was in my account, and the previous owner was allowed to transfer the domain away. They claimed (at board level) that this was a feature. But subsequently they blocked that feature. NameWinner's ToS said there would NEVER be ANY refunds, FOR ANY REASON (They're capitalization, IIRC). But they refunded my purchase. Proving to me (at least) that they were in the wrong, and should have gone after my domain from the receiving registrar. Which they refused to do. So f... them. I found a better registrar anyway, with Dynadot. I was lucky that my purchase (prefunding) of my top-tier account, was all used up.
Aaaghh! The toils and tribulations of dealing with the biggest Resale Registrar. I only hope they transfer all the Reseller Accounts to TuCows Reseller, who have one of the worst Control Panels on the Planet (or did the last time I used it). Support at eNom, was always tardy. Not good for the biggest Reseller Registrar. They won't be missed.
