Brand.Review just sold for 10,250 USD at Uniregistry.com, as reported by namebio.com

I tried to check where it redirects, but at the moment domain is just on simple landing page of registrar.

This is the highest publicly reported sale of .review extension so far, and it just overcame laptop.review domain name, which was sold for $8500 in 2016 at Dan.com.

From my point of view, Brand.Review is really nice new gTLD brandable - let's see how it will be used :)

@Brands.International Ah, I figured because I remember you only do GTLD and seemed up your alley. I wonder how many times the owner said no before the price got above 10k, or if it was buy it now.

An interesting sale, and I guess hopeful for the former Famous Four TLDs that now (at least?) three sold this year for 5 figures (this + T.win + new.work, possibly others I don't know about).

The .review extension registrations have dropped a lot since they stopped the deep discounting and the reputation of extension has improved (better than .com currently in Spamhaus store but slightly worse percentage bad). It is too bad the TLD had the early deep discounting as I always thought there would be a significant legitimate end use for .review (despite the competition from .reviews). Personally I think I only have one left in .review - once had a handful).

Thanks for keeping us appraised of major sales @Brands.International.

Bob
