I believe it will be correct if i wait for the right offer between $xxx, xxx - $x,xxx, xxx. it can come from investor or enduser.

Ahh Interesting one!

Please do not complete the transaction outside than these reputed Marketplace to be on the safer side (You might know these places already)

Afternic,Sedo,Dan,Epik,Uniregistry,Flippa,Namesilo and Escrow

Good for you but still stick to the known Marketplaces for selling even if the buyer insists on something else.

It may be a scam to get your contact details. It happened to me on Flippa and when I had a chat with their support they confirmed that the buyer is fake and he has done the same thing to many sellers.

advice -- don't trust the bidders who want to take sale off the marketplace.

I would take the money and run IF they really offer and IF they pay. And then open another Namepros nTLD success story thread.

IF it is a serious buyer. The E-Mail @aol.com looks not bad, many scammers and trolls hide behind Gmail and Hotmail as we know. But I am suspicious with their E-Mail contact wish. I know this text style from Appraisal scams. Next step might be they can only buy it, but for 50k for sure, if they appraise the name to be safe with their bookkeeping or so. To do so, you have to pay 150 USD appraisal fee first.

Just my 2 Cents being neither Flippa customer nor .company investor.

Did you check the Buyer Account on Flippa?

Did the user had any previous transactions if so he might possibly be legit

Sell Single letter .company domains for less But wait for Holding.company as long as it takes to get $ 100,000 minimum. Or Quote Minimum $ 85,000 for this current offer, if money is urgency as per your monetary requirements .... Just a random suggestion !

This might be more important than the country

The “contact me via email for a more quick discussion” is suspect in both its method and verbiage. And it matches the text of the scam quoted above by OnlineDomainShop. Plus it’s unimaginable that anyone would offer $50K for this domain. I’d be surprised if any of these domains ever sold for even $10K. Sorry but I’ve said this before.

In any case I thought your minimum was $5M why would you even consider $50K unless your $5M reserve is not serious.
