I wonder maybe anyone of you knows the cheapest option to reg a new non premium .bar domain? I've checked around ~10 places but the price ranges from 80 to 150 usd for a registration. Is there any way to reg it for much less price?

don't know if your still looking for .bar reg site but Dynadot has them on sale for $1.90 don't know how long though. ty.
