So at least as of today looks like tax optimization or money laundering... or just another hype...

Jurgen you are saying nonsense here, baseless accusations ... it is (I hope) just your lack of ability to check the details more deeper (everything is btw available, if you know where to look), otherwise you would not write what you wrote here .. I do not mean it in a bad way, it is just a litle sad...

Plus I think if you would not be hidden behind anonymous profile, you would think twice about what are you writing :)

I say my opinion based on my experience...
You like it or not - doesn't matter for me.

Well, I said all what I had to say in relation to this sale, I just wanted other's to know that it is 100% legit sale imo (not based on my "opinion", but based on the facts I am personally aware of :)

What facts?
You know Schilling personally?
You are his accountant?
Or what facts?

And I never was hidden... all domainers can find me easily...
My WHOIS is always public (except 1and1 domains where they rewrite it)...

But Uniregistry is just platform via which it was sold...so what it has to do with the matter? Why should I know Uniregistry owner or to be their accountant to be confident that sale is legit ? Come on ..

If you are unable to find facts yourself, I am not going to serve them to you on silver plate here.. you are claining always you are pro domainer, so do the work yourself :)

I never claim it... This is your own trolling here and above.
And I'm not in pink glasses like you.
That's all. Welcome to my ignorelist.

I got to your ignorelist just because I refused to go along with you and your baseless claims that the sale reported is fake...well, I think I can survive this one :xf.rolleyes:

Uni is not just platform...
Schilling has large portfolio and sells his own domains as well... including nTLDs...
+ their brokerage team is also active...
And various $20K reports - their own base/minimum level of the reported transactions...
Schilling doesn't change his style for many years...

What are the details of this increase? I am not aware.
Donuts will be increasing pricing on standard domains for over 200 TLDs in their portfolio on October 1, 2019.

Probably, something like +10%.

Many domains remain with the old nameservers after the sale.
For example, I sold human.capital on sedo 2-3 months ago and it still has my bodis nameservers.
Simple.life is a very good name and $20k is a fair price(mid-high end though). The name was owned by Chad Wright and as far as I can tell the sale is 100% real.

Why sales banner remains?
If it is really sold via Unimarket - their platform should remove it automatically...
Or not???

Never have seen any buyer who spent $20K and even didn't care what is displayed on his domain...

If you click on the banner you'll see that the domain is removed from the market. It takes you to the "
domain buy service" offered by uniregistry. A service similar to godaddy's "Domain Broker Service".

Regarding Chad Wright...
This name doesn't say anything for me.
