Gud Eve Friends,
I have just entered in domain business. First I bought names without doing any research and planning.I bought following domains:
SEOonclick.com, OMGDance.com, MusicOctet.com, LoanSuitcase.com, DanceArch.com

After this I studied some articles on domain investment and bought following names:
TripDucks.com
TinyTripLiving.com

But not getting any sale demotivating me.
Friends tell me how to do my first sale?
Please also suggest me threads where I can learn more about domain investment.
How to buy domains ?How to sell them?
Are my domains having any value?

Thanks Friends for helping me.

@Amar Partap Saini Epik.com is a great Registrar that offers a Marketplace to list domains for sale, lease, and finance. We also have new SSL parking landers that are clean looking. I would encourage you to visit Epik.com and check out what we have to offer. Here is an example of a domain setup in our Marketplace using one of the SSL parking landers: https://laptopcomputers.com/
You are welcome to reach out to me directly at [email protected] if you would like to discuss further, I would be happy to work with you.

There's many ways, either advertise heavily, have a good domain that people want to buy, use an aggregator service or anything else. It's not an an easy business since many people do this, but if you are smart and hard working about it you can eventually find some success. But finding success immediately just simply won't happen, so don't expect it to. If it were that easy, everyone would do it.

Spend more time to study so you can have idea of what domain is valuable and sales. You need a lot of patience in this line of business.

You may avoid investing fund you will need in short term.

Hi Amar, can you walk us through the logic of what made you buy, or register, those specific names? What metrics did you use? Did you look through NameBio to see how those keywords sold or perhaps through Google to see what pulls up in search?

There are a number of tools out there that help look at sales data, make sure a name isn't trademarked, and get a better understanding of who your market should be.

Take a look at DN Academy: https://www.DNAcademy/; Mike Cyger runs a really good comprehensive course that even brokers from Uniregistry and Afternic use. I recommend learning what some of the best salespeople in the industry take time to learn about domain investing.

Thanks to all friends.
Patience is important.
But selling motivates you.
I have bought name related to technology which will be in demand:
RoboClasses.com ( a learning portal for robot learning)
EasyCryptoTrade.com ( can be blog on crypto trading)
WordpressRobo.com
DigitalBitcoinBank.com( a name for bitcoin online wallet )
SEOOnClick.com
LoanSuitcase.com

These are the thinking before buying all these domains.
any of above domains have any value?
Thanks Again friends for motivating me and guiding me.

There is a lot of information and good advice on this site...take many hours to search and read posts by helpful members before buying anymore domains. It will help you to take notes along the way of things that stand out to you as being 'good advice' (don't try to remember everything as you read--too much information to take in at once).

Domain investing is a marathon, not a race (I can't take credit for that line!) and it is certainly not a get rich quick business. It took me 6 months to sell my first domain...you must be prepared mentally and financially to hold on to and market a name for years before it sells.

Quality over quantity should be the biggest thing in your mind. Be very selective with your purchases whether hand registration or aftermarket...before you press any 'buy now' button you MUST have a reasonable list of people/businesses you think would benefit from having that domain.

Lastly, you should use a registrar that is fairly priced without charging you for 'extras' such as privacy. Epik is my choice for best as the captain (ceo) of that ship is hands on. 80% of my domains are registered there with NameSilo coming in next followed by Godaddy.

This is all the insight I can offer...best of luck to you!

In my experience, for starter, I bought like 50ish domain names that I imagine was good names and hold it for 1-2 month and then put $1 on an auction within 7 or 30days randomly, then you will realize that you have lost money, but you will find out some of the domains magically got higher bid and the best auction time...then you will wonder why...and cry.

use godaddy appraisal tool for checking its approximate value and if you want to sell them list them on godaddy itself or you can try making an auction here on namepros or on digital point.
