DOMAINX 2019 Live Auction: Very Bad Experience, Unhonest Auction

Hello guys
I want to share you the following bad issue regarding the DOMAINX 2019 Live Auction
My domain name DownloadGames.in has selected for the auction, and sold for $950.
The winner is the auctioneer himself.
I have contacted Domainx regarding the transaction, but got the following message:
(Buyer is non-responsive and seems like non-cooperative as well)
I have replied that the buyer is the auctioneer, but they replied that he is not.
When I have checked their Facebook page I discovered that they deleted the auction video from their page immediately after my message.
Luckily, I have downloaded it before as a reference.

I will be happy to make the fraudulent payment details public as well which he used for these transaction as we had to force him to send it to us after DAN.com questioned our credibility over the fraudulent transaction.

Did I state that? Nope. I stand by what I said. Its a common game, and seems quite frequent.

With respect to the auction above, I did not spend more than 15 minutes reading the list, it was boring so did not go back or read further or watch it close. Now this post of issues with the Auction. Does not surprise me.

Now, I read this nonsense and reminds of other problem situations. There are well healed self indulgent people who have lots of cash to play this game all the time of bidding up just below the reserve. Its a game. Fake? No, didnt say that. “Price discovery”, look it up.

I am not saying for sure it involves any fraud or scam but nevertheless the allegations are not surprising as there are lots of scams in India. Check it in Youtube by far #-1 nation for that,

When we processed payment through DAN and they approved of the transaction initially, we thought he was a genuine buyer and let him place bids further because we werent aware that he was using a stolen bank card till the time transactions werent marked Fraudulent by DAN the next day.

That's when we asked him for proof as DAN asked for the proof as security measures and found out that he was using some Charles Dey Prince's bank cards for payment and DAN confirmed that it was a fraud transaction.

I can see how dan.com flagged payment as fraudulent or requiring id verification, as those are some random large amounts. It doesn’t mean they are fraudulent, but they would probably request id uploads to protect themselves. Usually a bunch of random charges from the same party will do this.

Dan does not allow for bulk bring your own lead invoicing which would allow you to group a batch of purchased into one transaction.

The auction platform should have their own payment processor, or partner with a party who is aware of what is going on.

I won 14 of 18 bids I attended and I will be posting the screenshot for the same below thats a mail by Gaurav Kohli representing DomainX. Also it was $1300 as the top bid and second highest bidder was one of the panel members and after I backed off he even denied to buy the domain though he wanted to make it his so called brand name. Downloadgames.in being bought by Manmeet after taking an exception for bidding even as a auctioneer is billed to me for $650 and his bid was $950 and all this happened with in span of 5-10 mins. Most of the domains did not had who.is database record available or were made using fake id. Just to let you know that Manmeet used to work in ICAAN and head of ICAAN is a friend to Manmeet. I hope this makes most of the things clear for my reason to backout also Manmeet had 2 claimed domains in auction and they were nko.in and NBAH.com and my submitted name was 70a.com which according to Manmeet was inferior to his and lot of other domains anyways coming back to what you asked these guys over billed me. They made a bill of $3400 approx once that was till break time and Shailender Mishra owner of gaur.net was billing me on DomainX behalf. Post this they told one made by Shailander has been cancelled and I need to pay the total in once which they are sending invoice for under name of nko.in for $8125 nad another one for $460 as DAN charges. Very interestingly NBAH and nko both were property of Manmeet which Manmeet bought of domain catch for $200 13 days back and now its a premium name. Apparently this Auction was with conflict of personal interest.
