@exa-Edward why are newly registered names showing WEBCC as the registrar instead of Tucows? Are you no longer with Tucows? If that is the case you need to inform customers.

I bought 3 names from Exabytes and find out I am at some unknown to me registrar WEBCC? A simple task of changing nameservers could not be done until I unlocked the names. Unlocking domains should not be needed to change nameservers.

If you are no longer associated with Tucows you need to send out an email on how this affects transfers etc. and simply let your customers know a change was made.
