Welcome to NPs. I don't entirely understand your question, perhaps. Are you simply asking which are the main marketplaces?
Afternic, Sedo and Undeveloped are the main general purpose ones
BrandBucket, Brandpa and SquadHelp are perhaps the three main brandable name ones, although there are others.
Many also sell through their own Efty site.

Hello sir . Thank you for your time and interest

I mean For example if someone offer his domain for sell as a "premium domain" in Go Daddy for $1000 . Is there any way for me to get commission from the domain owner or from Go Daddy if i helped them to sell his domain ??

People can and do list their domain names at all sorts of prices. That does not mean that is the value, necessarily.
While domain brokers are a business, I think most would not pay someone who came along and saw a listing and said they could sell it. Certainly GoDaddy would not I think. If you want to make money as a broker the best thing to do is to learn this market well (e.g. through DNAcademy) then start as a small side business get a few listings sell them and more clients with names will approach you. Just my opinion - others probably know more about this than me.

There's currently no website where domain names are sold in affiliate fashion, similar to eBooks and software of those days. Like @Bob Hawkes rightly says, learn the trade as well as possible, you'll become a broker someday
