CBD is an interesting niche. A few insiders were evaluating some CBD related ccTLD variants the other day, which showed signs of big value differences based on the local ccTLD regions legalities.

As with most large category killer .com sales in the 6+ figures, a snowball effect happens, where every investor holding the same phrase in a different extension starts frantically trying to ride the sales coat tail for a % of what the .com ($500k+) went for, most, with no success.
