question Should I buy a domain only beacuse it gets 100k - 1M searches per month and park it?

I am planning to buy this domain in .IN extension. The exact keyword gets 100K - 1M searches per month only in India. So, i am planning to buy it and park it. What do you think ?

It depends but not ONLY because of that. Even with lots of search hard to make much money on parking. But if you see the domain has value, has good development potential, and without a lot of annual costs, it does not seem much risk. Best wishes whatever you do.

I think you will make $0 doing that. Unless in India, people always go to the .in instead of the .com. But even then, indian traffic pays a small fraction of Tier 1 traffic (US, UK, etc)

your approach and question is just incorrect.

domaining takes months and years of hard work to master. there is no such thing as one singular aspect of domain like searches# and knowing if it will flip or make park money.

keep reading namepros... check namebio sales daily.. folow new trends etc... and remember that what you get out of domaining (like most things in life) will be EXACTLY and directly proportional to what you put into it.. in terms of time .. effort etc.

domaining is exact opposite of quick and easy money.

I worked with some Indian companies for register domains and buy hosting, never ever seen single case which uses .IN for their company/website. All use .COM.

I wouldn't register/buy .IN, unless it's a domain like:

do.in
go.in
fuck.in
ask.in
