I was it was available And after looking it up, it was an actual site at one point.
So for me, instant fomo kicked in and I threw down a hard $8 on BUDS...

I think it's of comparable quality to this one that sold. Anyone in doubt could Google the keyword "strains" and see what comes up. Prefixed with the nice keyword "lucid," I would say it makes a pretty decent brand name for many businesses in this niche.

IMO, Lucid + Strains, just like Lucid + Greens, will work great for any cannabis dispensary, website, online store, etc. Or what do you guys think? I'm still a newbie here so your opinions are valued!

I have 2 'strain' suffix domains but they are in the singular form preceeded by either 'holy' or 'golden'. I'm a big fan of both, and strain names in general.

As CBD and genetics become patentable alongside Trademarks on strains, I'd think any domain would be sold in almost a legal " proper " if not expected squatter scenario. Fascinating times were in as domainers. Whereas legit squatting on a strain and or genetic play is perfectly legal and from a principal perspective even okay. Sounds perfectly legit.

I can't even imagine the amount of filings sitting before the Trademark system, that takes about a year too work thru the system. The Farm bill was just signed a month ago. So up until then ( and even now to a extent ; government is sloooow) one couldn't present a Cbd abd or Genetic genome into the system with any ease.

Alot of the above is just being understood and " interpreted ". That's how new the space is.

Kieth, hows the cbd water guy?, if he gets his Trademark that's priceless. I think you sold cbdh20?. Those with the paperwork in the system are rewarded bigtime. Too own the cbd water space, can't even imagine how large that market will be.

He still doesn’t have the mark and has spent well into 5 figures trying. Chong water has an awarded TM for hempwater. I sold the domain to a competitor, hemp2o.com.

In theory you’d think getting a TM like cbdwater would be golden but it’s not. To enforce it against outside usage would cost a fortune, not to mention loads of time.
