I have a customer budget for buying 1 and 2 word .COM domains. This is a wholesale buyer so no interest in paying retail pricing but the customer is a cash buyer with ability for fast close.

Escrow for these transactions will be at Epik with fast closing as the buyer already has funds on deposit at Epik already and can pay out pronto for approved transactions.

Immediately buying budget is up to $150K (perhaps more if needed) with intent of buying multiple high quality domains with future resale potential.

Please PM me your top prospects. Any general questions, fine to post here.

Just for clarity, the customer is looking for one or two dictionary words that could be brandable is that right?

Thanks all - working through the overnight pile and appreciate all the replies.

This is an active forum for sure. Shorter lists of top names or featured names are good. As a general practice, copy-paste of a list 500 names is just a bunch of work to sort through. If folks who reply can curate down to a few top brandables (not synthetic word combos) it will help those names rise to the top.

Epik is also starting to do more work with buyers. People sell a domain retail and turn around and buy more domains tax-free on a wholesale basis using their retail proceeds from marketplace sale (9% commission) or low cost escrow sale (as low as 1.5%) on Epik.

Thanks again. I promise to reply to all asap.
