I can see a number of these getting picked up - there a few others I'm surprised they accepted the high reserve and can't see selling because of it. What do you think?

For a big list, I wasn't impressed with anything.

I would have taken STB.ca and CRYPTOLOGY.ca, but yeah, like I said there was a lot of "very good" domains.

TBR Results: 143 domains taken (!), which was well above predictions.

Naturally, MyID gets CRYPTOLOGY.ca and STB.ca with the first 2 picks, and snags 5 of the top 6 selections.

Notable Domains:
CRYPTOLOGY.ca (1)
STB.ca (2)
CLUSTERS.ca (5)
PAVED.ca (7)

That was my first instinct, but I checked today and there's no TM for that term (assuming you were talking about TM's)

I just saw it dropping and msg richard he asked if i could pick it up. Not worried about TM as it is his charity.

I was mostly thinking of how big my target audience would be. Over the years I have learned that your sales will go up exponentially if you consider the size of your target audience.

So a domain like WaterWorks or WaterWorx would be more attractive to me because it does not limit me to a school. I'm just using that as an example.

I just got FunWorld in .ca and same thing I would pick it over WaterWorld because it has a larger target audience.

Hi
just going through my names, watching them all drop lol, I know a lot of you are following the marijuana niche. I am a paramedic by day - domain slave by night - so i get calls all the time for people using " green gummies and other edibles "

would this name fit within that niche?

Chewables.ca

I originally was going to target the children's medication / supplement niche but that went no where.

any thoughts would be appreciated.

Dan

This is stating the obvious, but what about a gum company?

I like the name, but I agree it may be a long shot.

Good luck whatever you decide!

I believe a gum company would work but I think we’re all forgetting an even better one..... Vitamins!!!! Hulk Hogan use to say “Say your Prayers and take your vitamins”.... I’m pretty sure he must have slipped in “chewable” vitamins a time or too. ;)

I think it’s a great domain!

Thoughts on Dimple.ca?

I have to renew, I am 99% sure I will as I just like the name, I am a sucker for 'fun' one word names... I feel there is potential in this one but maybe I am dreaming lol...

I'd definitely renew it, as not only is it a potential business name, it appears to be an Indian (India) first/last name as well.

Even though, I prefer the plural

Personally if it within my budget, I would renew and this domain, I would renew for two years....

Hey guys I read often , but dont have as much input as im still so new to the business. I would appreciate any input and one specific question if any are willing.

I am finally getting around to outbound on fibrejobs / ca and fibreopticjobs / ca ( & in com ) I know competing with the big job sites makes them less desirable, but I truly feel that medium to large trade related companies might love to have such a clear and concise domain address for the connection to the hiring market.
usa spelling fiberjobs redirects to a massive company there so .. any how my question

in your experience what is the role or department in the larger corporations to make this decision, I feel just not asking for the right persons while calling will leave me at a potential fail before I even begin calling. I have read a ton of this forum and ask as the USA often varies from Canada Titles and descriptions.

- marketing dep ?
- head of sales ?
- webmaster / it dep ? and assuming they contract that work , am I seeking the internal connection or the sub contractor ?
- CEO , pff as if :)

Sorry so long,
Thank you kindly
Ron.
