domain Selling my Forum domain name (#1 on Google) SwimmingForum.co.uk

Hi,

I have been running a UK based forum since 2012 and only own the domain name NOT the forum platform/software.

The forum is #1 on google (UK) for almost every relatable search term, so very active.

The forum appeals to all genders from birth to oap.

Can anyone suggest how to value the domain name?

The value is in the forum not necessarily the domain. Your post is not clear, are you selling the forum or the domain?

If only the domain, and the forum will cease to exist, then what was on that domain is irrelevant.

To be really honest, I started it as a bit of fun and never thought of making money from it until now when I plan to sell it LOL!!!

TapaTalk is just a way for people to use a forum via mobile, what about the web based forum, what software is in written in? Forum software costs only a few hundred dollars.

And yes, Adsense means something but there are more ways to monetize a forum than just adsense. I make a ton off my forums and AdSense is just a very very small part of the equation.

Never heard of this but Google says: 5,801,367

That's very low traffic volume. My forums are in the top 100K for the U.S.

By way of comparison, namepros.com is in the top 50K for U.S.
