Issues Receiving Commission Payment on SquadHelp

I just wanted to post my experience over the last week with Squadhelp's domain marketplace. A commission payment from the sale of a brandable domain was released to me on the 3rd of October 2018. I immediately requested payment via their platform and the money was scheduled to be paid within 1-3 business days according to the email they sent me. On the 5th I received a payment rejected for the amount of $0.00.

This was some mysterious payment which I did not setup... one cannot setup a payment for $0.00 on their platform.

5 business days have passed now and still no payment. I have contacted support numerous times and they have still not processed what is owed to me.

Right now it feels as though I am standing at their front desk begging for my commission payment and they really not willing to give me any indication when I will be paid... this is really poor service and I wanted to share this experience with others.

Paypal or Payoneer. You can choose which you prefer. I'm currently using Payoneer.

Well, now this'll show up in search for SquadHelp and maybe they'll do something about it.

Their commission is ridiculously high I'll say.

Yeah, the main reason I am focused on other platforms.

Well i would never trust my domains/sales/money to a platform that noone has heard about... Just saying.

Strange. It is very popular, I guess.

Speaking of their service the first thing coming into my mind is their unreasonably high commission rates which varies from 15 to 40 percent of the selling price, but 35 most of the time. I haven't sell any domains there so I don't know if there are issues with payout as OP pointed out. Apart from that, it is a very good platform overall. Especially from buyer's perspective. They are offering a lot of complimentary services for buyers and are constantly improving the platform and adding more features.

same here i still don get it why do ppl sells their brands on marketplace with crap name.
WHY SQUADHELP ? this name is good for tech support or something like that..
