It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it. B-)

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Alexandria.pro

Anchorage.pro

Arlington.pro

Belfast.pro

Birmingham.pro

Budapest.pro

Durham.pro

Fairfax.pro

Italian.pro

Lisbon.pro

Fire away with your regs after the relaunch on September 8th, 2008.

Testing the waters to see if .pro market is alive.
Just sent a relatively strong name to auction here at NP, so if you're interested come get it.
How are your sales @Jurgen Wolf do you still have a portfolio as large as in the past?

Testing the waters to see if .pro market is alive.
I was testing the waters with .pro domains too for last few months.
Most resellers don't care about .pro at all, but end users are active.
My experience - got like 15 one word .pro domains, sold one for 1.5k and got some smaller offers on other. Also, got many returning visitors on .pro landing pages.
European and Russian visitors are in the majority.

Yes, .PRO traffic is trending up from year to year...
And US share is also significant...

And Yes, no more than 20 domainers are investing in .PRO seriously...

I also personally like them if it's one word, would be probably my first choice after .com if extension makes sense for particular business.
It's short like .com and end-users are aware of them unlike newTlds.
Let's see...

In Russia it is 1st choice after .RU

Congrats mwzd.

Seems like that's a healthy list. Might not eke out the living of the equivalent .com, but those numbers aren't terrible. I currently own a single domain, this is one of those extensions that is short and flows naturally with keyword domains.

Yes, all these mentioned Sedo transactions and even more known sales (from another venues or private) - were posted previously...

This year I have no luck with strong endusers as of today...
Sold 5 .PROs (nothing special) for high $xxx each on average...

+ a few to another domainer for ~$200 each...

Help needed, Encirca.com renewal does not work! On the renewal page there is a extention .coop and on the .pro it gives an error: That TLD extension is not valid. Can someone English-speaking call to the support PHONE SUPPORTCALL +1-855-590-4677 and report the problem? Thank you.

What sense to renew at EnCirca for ~$15???

Transfer to Porkbun and that's all.

1and1.com registrar is going crazy! Their billing system charging for domains that not marked for re-newal/autorenewal, even they began to charge for domains that are not now under 1and1.com management, but transferred to other registrar :)

If any billing errors with 1and1.com - email to billing@ or solutions@
Sometimes this happens... but in ~99% of cases Autorenew switcher works as expected (at least for me).
