The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
https://www.audacityteam.org/ Audacity you can use to overdub and mix audio. Then paste it into the video and graphics you use to communicate your concepts.

Here- something like this, but even it is too in depth and too long at 6 min. No music, clear narration, to the point, nice graphics.

I did notice something at the beginning of your video that seems to be a recurring thing....

You wrote welcome to

http://www.web.enterprises

See how you had to spell it out to assure people understand it's a web address?
You would have to do similar on a billboard because people just don't understand them.

Now...

WebEnterprises.com needs nothing else, everyone understands instantly.

So even though you are talking about the advantages of the new gtld's you are immediately showing the disadvantage of owning one as well.

On radio..... would would also have to repeat it a few times with the www.

It might be right for off-internet ads like bilboard but for the internet, it really doesn't matter.

If you are on the first page on google and your domain is descriptive like injector.shop, you are already reaching masses.

I don't think there are any disadvantage to own descriptive, category killer new gTLDs.

That's a big if and one that can literally go away overnight. Page 1 Google. With a .com, you're good everywhere, online and offline. New gtlds will always struggle with any offline marketing, there's no getting around that.

Yes thats right, but its up to how they manage their website, content-wise or seo-wise. This is not the problem of domain investor but the business who buys the domain. new gTLDs have no disadvantage comparing to .com when it comes to be found on internet.

A single keyword .com domain would be nice for an offline advertisement since the simple Joe on the street is familiar with .com but not with the new gTLDs. But you know there are even people who don't know what a website is. But for those who knows what it is, they know that it is a website when they see www.

As per offline marketing I don't see any struggle unless they write www. to the beggining of the new gTLD.

Who ever knows its a website, they will exactly type the domain. Are you assuming people will mistype it?

For ex. if the website is www. hello . world do you assume people will type www . helloworld . com? I don't think so.

Is that an honest reply, you actually watched the video? I'm guessing you're going to like anything on new gtlds since your portofolio is 100% new gtlds, even if the video is bad or doesn't make sense.
C'mon man you know he is holding 100% new gtlds, he know you are holding 100% .com some of them might be 20 or 10 years old. He is hoping one day he will sell his new gtlds for big bucks but he know you are hoping some your old .com pay you big sum. But what is point in it.

@atinc made an video, he wanted to share with the community may be someone get benfits from it but it sad that you people complelty diverted the main concept into .com & new gtlds fight.

I agree you @JBLions have right to stick with .com but you should stop argument with other people who dont give shit to .com

@Eric Lyon hope you people look into this & clean up unwanted thread.

You are welcome to delete my post too😝 if it's not related to this threads

atinc doesn't have a problem with my replies, since we were discussing the topic in this thread. I watched the video, gave constructive criticism, you'll notice, other people gave the exact same advice, about the audio, background etc. The points I brought up were valid, about Alexa. So my post was on topic, yours complaining about my on topic replies aren't.

I love the effort @atinc but you lost me at the dancing skeleton, it just hung on too long :xf.smile:

I think everyone has opinions on the new gtld's and that is why the forum is a great place to discuss those opinions.

I would have liked to see more of you with less music and graphics. Tell us how you feel, make your point and stay on track.

That said, I personally applaud your effort and I will be keeping a sharp lookout for your next video. (y)
The dancing skeleton lol

The dancing skeleton lol

lol, I got you there right? My intention for putting up the skeleton was exactly enjoy the viewers with some humour, yet some people didn't liked it. Just saying, we might see less dancing skeletons on the following shows :xf.cry::drowning:

:xf.smile:

Oh, I missed what you wrote there!

I didn't wrote that, I said welcome to Web Enterprises... and you saw
https://www.web.enterprises on the opening part of the show. Only I said I am the publisher of Web dot Enterprises and I did't spell it out as you mentioned above.

Just clearing out that I don't own 100% new gTLDs, I also own .com domains on my portfolio. I believe you mentioned lolwarior here.

Thanks for your support. Don't worry about JB Lion's comments. It is always good to hear opposing ideas.

I am not comparing .com domains with new gTLDs, actually I tried to clear out some urban legends about this on the show.
