I do not believe it is worth anywhere near $50K. +- $1,500, IMO. Comps would justify that as a more suitable valuation.

Thank you for replying. Can you tell me what comps?
I respect your opinion but I strongly disagree. Maybe it’s to high but I think definitely worth more than $1,500. I’m going to start contacting some wrap companies and see how that goes.
