Got the message! Imo, this one is nice combo, there are few keywords which can be that meaningful with .land, except some call to action verbs like buy, sell, trade and of course GEO keywords, like usa, dubai, etc.

Saying that, it might be pretty difficult resale, as it would requite ideal end user (large company producing fertilisers) to 1) get known that this name exists 2) understand the marketing potential of the name...

Companies producing fertilisers are not exactly great in online marketing, so this can be tough. If I would own the name, I would get in touch with digital/marketing SVPs of those companies with the name via LinkedIn, if well presented 5k-8k sale imo. If you take approach of just sitting on the name, or posting it among domainers, someone can give 50-100 for the name. This is really name which needs to reach its ideal end user. Good luck :)

I like it a lot...it needs to be marketed to Farm Co-ops and Farm Realtors. If I were a big farm realtor, I'd pay as much as 10K for it considering big fertile farms sell for MILLIONS. Good luck!

fertilizers = simplot, dow, monsanto are a few to contact.
In the US big corporations own most of the farm land now, not family farmers. Find out who those corps are. Some are the above, some are others.

I personally see this combo as a great brand opportunity. The king extensions FertileLand belongs to some University research project? There is no trademark yet but without the king extension this domain has very low chance for stand alone use. Try to get the king extension and sell as package or sell this domain to king owner.

Broad term. Unless someone is looking to rebrand into this name, you would have to either go with a broker who is ready to try to broker this or wait for the buyer.

Because asking someone to buy this one and rebrand is a difficult task
And when the extension is new and the buyer approaches, I usually find it right to negotiate depending on the needs of the buyer instead of your needs.

It is like play the man instead of playing the field here. Thats my take on this.
Still, four figures in my opinion if you find a buyer.
Low, medium, high is upto you, I would say!

I am late to this discussion but like the name a lot. The two parts work perfectly together, and even a little bit of thought identifies different potential users:
(a) organizations that promote soil conservation
(b) those who sell prime farmland
(c) organic producers who might use it even though not selling the land but the products from the fertile land
(d) as others have noted, fertilizer companies, or resellers
(e) those who like the term as an analogy - i.e. not literally fertile.land, but rather an environment that is rich for supporting and developing ideas, products, etc.
(f) co-operatives, agriculture organizations, etc.

I think it is a plus that the .com is not in significant active use, and the .net is for sale, although I don't agree that it necessarily would need a package deal. Just like the owner of Home.loans liked the direct descriptive name, and saw no need to have some .com as well, I think that potential users here might feel the same.

So how much? It is interesting that GoValue just says $110 which is ridiculously low for this quality name, imho. I would hope that one could get a fair amount more. Only 3 sales in Namebio for .land, and only music*land went for a big amount ($6500). I would think a low $$$$ is possible, but it might take a fair amount of time and work to find a seller. There is some possibility of much more, should you find a buyer who really falls in love with the name. Best of luck!

Thank you Arpit for your valuable feedback. I am looking for a person who can broker this domain name.
