What does anyone think about these offers I've received? I was about to renew the with a bunch more, but the offers are- VirtualRealityNewYork.com = $550 and VirtualRealityHomeTour.com = $400?
Seems a slightly offer low to me, but they don't seem to be playing ball?

Any thoughts or input? It'd be much appreciated.

Thanks for the advice mate! The buyer does seem to be a 'domain collector' rather than a developer- so I don't think I could push the price up any further.. ( I Just wish they were a real estate agents or something similar- then surely it could be increased).

But thanks for the input mate- i'll likely accept their offer and just use it to pay for some renewals
