One of them is bisq. There are more but I don't remember their names. I haven't tried any one of them as I didn't have cash to invest, so can't recommend any of them. I will be happy to know if someone tried. There are sites that have a list of all of the decentralized markets. To my understanding they are open source programs that you install and run. As they aren't located in a specific country, don't have a server in a specific country, they aren't required to obey the regulations. They are just open source software running decentralized. So you don't have to send any documents of you. I searched at duckduckgo and found. I don't remember my search phrase. Perhaps google search doesn't display them if you used google seacrh and couldn't find any. Please keep us informed if you try any of them. It will be helpful for others.

Many thanks, I have spent too much time to find but with No success. Most if them are scam websites, they wants you to deposit not less than $500 then you will stuck there
