@Kenny We already tried to complete the transaction, but Raj, the winner couldn't pay me, as there is unexplained problem that even Paypal support couldn't solve. He encounters a problem every time he tries to send me the money. I sent him a pay request, but even that couldn't yield a successful transaction. I waited for more than 15 days from the end of the auction without receiving the payment. Raj is not to blame though. In case you want to verify the preceding info, I could add you to my conservation with Raj.
