Hello,

I have a few domains I'd like to sell directly to companies I think would want/benefit the most from them. I see a few members here have/are doing that but I am not sure how to get started. I am relatively new to domaining(started within the last 6 months) and have built a small, but growing, portfolio. Some of the domains I own I plan to develop for myself and generate revenue through ads and such but others I think would be better off selling to a business that can develop them for their needs. How is this done? I see many people say email marketing is dead but offer no alternative. I currently have the domains parked which, on a good day make some money but not a lot. I have experience in mass email marketing but I am not sure this is the route to take.....any thoughts?

What are the domains you like to sell via direct marketing and which companies do you have in mind as perfect customers?

To sum up:
Compilate a long list of all possible end users, use google search to find them or whois for similar names to get their mail for example. Once have the list start emailing, decide if you want include in your email the BIN price or not.
Then wait and let you luck comes into play.

Domain 1: eatmd.com—I plan to sell this to a dietician in general OR a dietician in the state of Maryland.

Domain 2: they are adult domains and I don’t think I can post them here but in my opinion they are brandable and memorable and sedo caught right on to how to serve the parking ads lol.

The other ones I’m still toying with how I can just monetize if I take the time to develop them and grow a user base.

This actually is how I imagined it was done but doubted my logic....didn’t trust my own judgement. Thank You!
