I just tried it with new registrations, but it didn't work...

I think it is only if you have got an email from them and it is tied just to that account. I may be wrong.

Also I discovered when I tried to use it that it is only certain extensions, and does not include .com or .net so it is really not that special.

I got the email from GoDaddy and used their link. It was a bulk purchase, but the offer doesn't mention any limits, so not sure why it didn't work.

The offer does say it has to be a "new product". Maybe domains are not considered products?

You had the coupon for .com, right (they have different coupons each hour)? Does the coupon show as Active in your account? And you can only use it once for each unique deal. I've only used one of my coupons yet, but they seem to work for me.

Namecheap had transfers of .com/.net/.org a couple of times so far today at $3.88. It's not listed for next 3 hours but you should keep checking at their page if interested. Also, they will have similar deals up on Monday and I expect the transfer special will be repeated. The coupons only allow you to do one transfer at the reduced price, though.

@Ategy.com - it is a single domain, and even if the promo is repeated, you can only claim the coupon for a single same offer. We aren't sure yet if that applies to today and Monday independently

Am I the only one who just got to know about it that we can only buy ONE .com throughout all deals today from Namecheap, no matter how many .com coupons are offered in different hours?

I tried to register second .com using a coupon and it gave me an error saying that I have already used that coupon. When I contacted the support, they told me I can only purchase/use one .com/coupon for Friday deals.

NC has really gotten greedy (even greedier than me, lol) this year. One .com only. Come on man.

Standard coupons only work 1 time (1 domain) per customer I think.

Wow - looks like they are going to try make it less frustrating this year at NameCheap
You'll be issued a coupon which allows you to get the deal within 48 hours.

Problem is if you're buying a domain name, you only get ONE per one-hour special. Nice of them, but not worth the trouble.

AlibabaCloud -- 6.79 .com transfer (plus $3 off 1st transfer, new accounts only)
nominalia - .com transfer for 4.90 euro ($5.81 usd)

I just checked AlibabaCloud, and found out $3 off is only valid for domain registration. So, cheapest .com transfer for me now is Rebel.com. I tried Fxdomains with coupon 0.99, but I encountered error.

So I assume this means we can repeat all our coupons on Monday.

you probably forgot to apply the code.. and being a discount club member at namesilo is a disadvantage
