This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

Do not post only, "great sale" or similar as this doesn't contribute to the thread. (Don't reply for the sole purpose of complimenting.)
  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

That's the reason why people called me "mad man" and my portfolio was "sh*t", buddy.
I know that almost domainers would not pick it, me too before i researched it carefully. It had 4 Potential Buyers below. And i thought " Okay, It seems that some guys are interested this name, let give it a chance" .

Of course ..... not .
Selling a domain that listed on Sedo, Afternic means that it's Inbound Offer (or you can call Passive offer).
As i said, searching for Potential Buyers does not ensure that a name will be sold or not, it just means that this name has value for someone that you can contact or waiting for them to buy it.

PlanMeal.com. $500. Negotiated.

Bought earlier this year for $16 at Name.com expiring list.

Origionally contacted via Efty Landing page. He started Escrow.com but payment never cleared. He eventually negotiated and closed via Afternic

Damn, this is the first time I've seen a domain I let drop (early this year) being sold. I tried to sell it for far less than $500 on Namepros but got no interest. I really liked the domain, and planned on using it for a domain portfolio site, but abandoned the plans. Congrats!

Almost as bad, I let a name drop earlier this year and I found out who caught it.....Mike Mann....ooops

Should have waited 6-12 months on this one, and put it away, going to be a huge problem going into spring/summer.
