This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

Do not post only, "great sale" or similar as this doesn't contribute to the thread. (Don't reply for the sole purpose of complimenting.)
  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

Could've been a domain originally for a shooting range.

sold

ni/nas./de
$1910 USD
( minus 19% VAT )

my own Landing Page System
BIN accepted and paid via paypal

That is the second domain
I sold using my own Landing Page
w/o negotiation and no pre-sales contact with the buyer

that domain sold previously at sedo.de for 300 euro in 2010
but buyer never paid and disappeared

( I was not able to sell it to a local pizza service ( ninas pizza ) for 300 euro outbound personally )

handreg
about 10 + years holding time

so lesson learned:
add a price that the right buyer can accept
and make a BIN payment possible

ah and this one:
a good domain is a good domain
even if nobody else seems to understand it

Let me report these two sales:
Moveload in king
red last year and sold for $50. I was testing Flippa auction with this domain. And I got my fingers burnt by not setting a higher bin. Buyer got a bargain imo

Kohnmeat in king

Red last year sep and was going to let it drop. Then I received a message that it sold on namesilo marketplace for $99. Got around $92 after commission

Sales in last months;
ManliftHire in king for $500 it was a tough sale, had another buyer but backed off at the end so was happy to let it go. Purchased in closeouts few months back cost me about $20
MilwaukeeWellness in king for $200 bought on NP for 9 ish dollars + 1 renewal payment through paypal. Would've ideally wanted more but built a business relationship with a company / guy who deal with local business having multiple offices and they handle everything for them, so it was a good experience.

I must commend the way you've been making sales on Afternic. Just two questions please: how many domains did you buy during the promo and do you list all your domains with lower bin?

Congrats, did you do any outbound or just let them sit and wait for the buyers to find the names?
