Would any chinese company buy a domain name ending in that extension?

I own only one name (as part of my IOT domains):

and I'm wondering if it's worth keep renewing it.

Idn.idn

the idn for .china on thee other hand seems to have "Traction" as there's tons listed on 4.cn

tons of views too.

but......................... no bids or offers on ANY.

just sayin......

I kept most of my .china

but if you really need to. register them over at name.com as they are now $9. they use to be $47..

What? for $10 I'll gladly renew the name... I was skeptical since, as far as I remembered, it used to cost around $37 to renew it!

regarding the IDN extension,
I always thought that, when the keyword on the left of the dot is global (like IOT) IDN or not it doesn't matter.
I could be wrong ofc but for $10 I'm willing to take the risk... it's the only name I have in an IDN extension after all

I'm actually pissed at Allegravita's interview that suckered me into buying these .idn extensions. especially the .online and .chinese website crap.

but numbers don't like. check Kassey's link you will see the data that .china has more registrations 400K +

while .online and .chinese website? is like under 5000?

these are the numbers domainers either chinese or usa or world will take into account while deciding to buy aftermarket these domains.

no one in China . at least domainers in China see value in investing in such extensions.

I think the pricing on 4.cn if it's high "causes" the views.

I'm stereotyping here but I know Chinese. I have Chinese friends. they have a no non sense approach to everything. if it's not "money" they don't bother talking to you. lol

They are always about making money 24-7

that being said they are the most efficient and being efficient one can say lazy too.

work hard but same time don't waste time working too hard. easy money is the way to go. especially online.

So that being said. I think those "views" are due to 4.cn users "power searching" for the highest valued domains on 4.cn

so I think the Bin prices like 5 milion CNY causes the views.

I had renewed just yesterday the longer version of Labor with 3 chinese characters. it still resolved to Labor on baidu with same hits 100 million.

I might ask gandi.net for refund on the renewal.

but then today saw this was available. don't know how I missed it.
