Thanks.

Comparing sales, they are not in the same league....it's better than .us, but worst than .de, co.uk, and a few others. Sedo and golem are having a few sales every month, but because of multiple languages and different cultures, it's way more harder to predict what's good. If in .com, strong english dictionary words are making the rules, in .eu you will see spanish, french and even random 2 words selling for xxxx, but some english dictionary words not getting even xxx offers. I still have a few .eu domains, like 'spare', 'tarts', 'lawns'.

In Poland it is significantly more popular than even .com
2nd choice TLD for them.

It's not the only one, there are a few other eu countries where the home cctld has 75% of the market, eu has 20% and com 5% or so...so it's hard to predict what will sell and when.

.EU was never interesting for British endusers...
+ they already said "bye bye" to the EU at all.

I think that it could become way more popular if they will centralize everything, finance, government and others, now, with Uk leaving it, maybe it will give them a push...for example using .pl it's hard to reach to french or spanish customers, so having a truly single market, everybody will have to use mainly one tld, and I think that it will be .eu instead of com. But it could take 5 to 20 years until then.

Percentage of global companies is very very low...
~95% (or even more) endusers are working in their countries only.
