the whole issue started with this thread
https://www.namepros.com/threads/do-you-trust-parking-companies.1007041/

and really thanks to those nice guys who shared their points and opinions in the thread
but unfortunately i didnt get what i am looking for

i mean is there a trusted and accurate tool or site to see the stats of a parked domian such as how many uniqe visitors, how many clicks on the ads

i mean an independent tool that doesn't belong to any parking company
it wont make the parking companies trusted though but at least you will have a good picture of your domain traffic and stats by a fair tool

Hi

there is no such tool

and why would the various parking services share the stats, from the domains that belong their users?

also, any one who has been parking for years, will have a pretty good idea of traffic reporting accuracy, as it relates to specific names within their portfolios.

imo...

If your parking service allows URL forwarding, you could register your own DNS servers, and look at the stats in your hosting.

The only thing that comes close to what you ask is Above.com's marketplace.
The domains listed for sale there by their owners show traffic and revenue verified by Above.com who do traffic aggregation.

Unless you mean that you suspect that the parking services hide stats and steal traffic and clicks from you (like what was implied in that thread of yours) and you want to check on them.
My answer then will be similar to what I answered on that thread: every tool measures traffic differently, the parking services are no exception to that rule.

Have you ever setup a website of your own? Have you tried to measure the traffic that comes to that website? If you do that, you'll see for yourself that ,even you, can't measure traffic accurately.

Before you assume things please understand first how things work and basically understand that all the parking services have the same overseer, ie the big G. I find it really hard that they can hide from G honestly.

you are saying again that i assume things ..so i would say please read the thread again and try to understand it well..read the last thread also that i replied to your post and asked you to bring one or 2 examples threads that explain the issue of the parking reports and the trust issue but you didnt reply .. it's very easy to talk and talk but when it comes to the real information any one must bring the sources when he talks .. i see many people unfortunately in such threads they just like to talk without providing any real helpful information..it's easy that any one can accuse another one and say well you dont understand this what you are asking about!! when you say this you have to explain it or just bring any thing to explain it or your words are just nonsense and not helpful at all..talking it self wont make any sense i hope i am clear..

you seem that you have some level of confidence as you said in the last thread but if this works with you it wont work with all other people
there are some people in this world are just like to make sure about every thing and to use trusted methods when they get into business or some thing...all of what you said is good but wont make them really trusted i am sure that you know that as i know.

in fact yes i am talking about my own names
but in case the solution you said url forwarding i think that the reports will still be provided by the parking service am i missing something? in this case it's not really going to work.

Hi

trust, just like security, is an illusion of being, as long as it exists.

so, you either put yourself in or keep yourself out, based on how you perceive the environment or reviews of it.

if you hear negative things about a person , business or even a neighborhood, then either you don't get involved or proceed with caution.

though, when one hears positive things, they still should proceed with caution, as the positive feedback could be from those .....who just haven't asked the right questions.

in domaining, some people are trusted, within the scope of their communities.
trusted that they will follow thru, trusted that they will be forthright, honest and of moral character.

trusted that they will be here tomorrow, when the powers that be allow it.

but entities, you can only hope they they live up to their "mission statement", that their "TOS" is fair and they are open for business when you want to use them.

when they've done that consistently, over a period of time, then trust kicks in.

You would need to have hosting that allows you tio have your own name servers with dedicated IP addresses. You can then look at the number of dns lookups to get some idea. It would only be economic if you were using the hosting for something else as well. Most registrars provide a service to forward URLs, but I don't think they let you view the stats. Maybe there is an opening there for a registrar service.

i have no idea what his report is, or what the report is for

though one person's fact, doesn't mean it's a fact for everyone, as it relates to parking.

every domain is different.
therefore for every person who parks, their truth, will be different too.

and since you don't know what names every one else has.
then how would you know anything, to be able to prove anything or disprove anything.

imo..

you want to say there are kind of names what ever can get this kind of traffic?? hundreds of visitors and not even one single click!!!...that's why i am asking for an independent tool simply because these parking companies are not trusted at all ... i really dont like so much to be in philosophy i a not a philosopher and believe me philosophy wont do much in business..which you need more trusted sources and tools you cant just get into something because you have some confidence overall let the screenshoot talk it self ...this is the report that frank-germany provided in the last thread..wondering if any body please can tell me is this a normal report for you??

What you can still do is build backlinks and check those. traffic.tools
