Maybe they mark you as spam.
For me, after 2 followups and they only see the email once, I stop contacting them as it shows that they definitely not interested...

While sending emails make sure to follow the secure email sending policies and do provide a double opt option thus emails would not be marked as spam.

What policies?

"Double opt-in" pertains to newsletter/mailing lists signups. Your mailing script is supposed to send an email asking the person who signed up to your mailing list to confirm their intentions, thus veryfying they really signed up themselves. How is this relevant with respect to sending out one-off emails to end users/potential buyers? (n)

no, rather, it makes you look like a big organisation. have the mail id's be associated under one name

1. use multiple email ids
2. make sure your emails are not going into promotions or marked as spam.
3. use company emails

After using multiple email ids...do you go on to change the subject of the email or you retain your initial mail subject?

What are you trying to evade ? Maybe your mails are getting flagged as spam for a reason.

I'm not evading anything..i'm just seeking more knowledge on the usage of multiple email ids for outbound marketing

End user is the person who actually uses a particular product. In Product development an end user (sometimes end-user) is a person who ultimately uses or is intended to ultimately use a product. The end user stands in contrast to users who support or maintain the product, such as sysops, system administrators experts, software professionals and computer technicians. End users typically do not possess the technical understanding or skill of the product designers. For example, if a large retail corporation buys a software package for its employees to use, even though the large retail corporation was the "customer" which purchased the software, the end users are the employees of the company who will use the software at work.

I use the same email. I am learning that if you put the domain in the subject line most of my emails are getting opened according to my email tracker. I dont understand the purpose of multiple ID's. I try to keep it simple and answer the phone when a buyer calls you. After the call my deals have closed. I remember @Federer always saying its all about customer service.

You want to put the full domain because if its good they will open and might buy. I buy .coms and my customers want the KING only.

According to a contact form on a website I was submitting on, If I could answer the question of what is 2+2 correctly then I was not a spammer.

Do u think contact form is better , it has more probablity of them opening the mail

As far as I know its totally legal as they are asking you to contact them. If I can't find a valid email then I always use the contact form, I have for sure got some sales from those that I would have missed because I couldn't get a valid email from them.

I use an email hunter and a whois and if I cant find an email using them 2 sites the I always use the web form. As @TampaDomains said, I have closed deals using the web form so dont overlook it because it might cost you a deal. I dont think its any worse but it is a bit more time consuming than just copy and pasting.

I said I do use it if I can't find the email and I use several methods to find email, but some just don't want that to be available. Gotta love businesses that are so afraid of spam that they would lose business by not providing email address. lol

Then there is the 10-20% dumbasses that have a screwed up server or mistake in their email and they don't verify.
