I bought chris.net after a big sale of another name I cant mention (NDA)

• I fell in love with the name chris.net and listened to the hype
• I wasted the money I made on my first big profit
• Thought I would always make that big profit
• Stuck with a name nobody wants that I thought everyone would want = albatros

Yes! It was just listed on Sedo Great Domains - $4,000 high bid. Most people offer around that. I have way more into it - thus the mistake.

i guess some domains are the best for oubound ( contact enduser )
some domains are good for just waiting
some domains are good for Sedo ( eName 4.cn West.xyz ) and other

up to your names , your focus

My biggest mistake : i trusted the wrong people ( German Government )

My idea was a slogan
I got all domain names
I invested 50.000€
I tried to get a TM but they denied ( to general )

In 2012 the german olympic team ,,stole,, my idea ( slogan ) for the olympic games in London

We had a Settlement at court in Frankfurt
The Boss of the Olympic Team ( Thomas Bach ) is the President of IOC now
( International Olympic Commitee )
I am still fighting ( and i still got the domain ) www.wir-für-deutschland.de

One day adidas or DFB ( german soccer team ) will come and buy my domain

This slogan is to good for soccer


That,s why i dont like Trademarks
I didnt got the TM
The olympice team got it for the exact same slogan

Sorry to hear Michael, but actually the TMs are here to distinguish between different producers of the same or similar product on the market. As long as there is no product, you can not get a TM

IMO you should make a least couple of tea pots or T-shirts with that slogan and apply for a TM:

I may have bought a few of them from you.
I bought some from a forum some years ago.
I sold them too early though.
So my mistake- selling LLLL too early.
Then, again, who knows. If we both mnow the future, we'd be rich by now.

I also wasted a fortune on $69 snapname backorders thinking they were good names and turned out to be total junk
