Hello some of you know me and some of you don't. I am a decade long veteran and never had a bad business encounter since I have been on namepros. I am starting a domain investing group which we will buy, sell, park, and develop websites. We will be reinvesting a portion of the profits into new domains and other needs of the group. I really want to target some newer domainers and people wanting to learn along with anyone whos got some services to contribute. This way new people can see how things happen and why within the industry. Looking for minimum investment of $200 paypal per person if you cannot have it all at once just let m know and we can work some options out. The plan is to build it up for the first 6 months before we even start paying anything out to build a foundation. If interested just reply that you are interested here or shoot me a message here on the forum and I can answer questions. I will only send the paypal email out through private messaging here on namepros. I wanted to make a post here to make everyone aware of it as well as have a record of it existing.

I look forward to meeting some new faces and making some money together. Make sure to tell me if you can contribute any kind of talent in developing, etc. For example one guy we have investing into the group is gonna do graphics design for us with logos and what not and another is handling virtual currency stuff like bitcoin payments.

I will also be contributing $300 to $500 of my own personal sales to get the group moving faster along for you guys.
And yes after the 6 months you will start to receive paypal payments of the total income divide by the amount of people in the group and continue to get them as we grow every month from there on out.

from what I understand this is a highly reliable member, giving his word and personal guarantee, but the venture is not a specific business plan or document.

$200 is a nice amount. I think this person is guaranteeing you will worst case break even on your investment. and giving it excellent chance you will make profit. of varying amounts.

however, I agree with you that some sort of business plan would be nice if you are going to be guaranteeting things. I am having a hard time understanding how its possidble to guarantee things without having a specific action plan.

I'd be glad to be wrong and stand corrected, so I may further consider this. I think I am not only speaking for myself saying this. ty.

Yeah were gonna hunt keyword phrases and other areas for making money. I just made another sale alst night while driving my car. lol Im not just taking anyone in by the way. You gotta fit the mold im looking for or I wont let you in regardless of cash. I don't need anyone's money I do this right now on my own. I have yet to go negative in a decade

The only money you make is after the building phase and you make it EVERY month. one time $200 and we roll 50% to shares and 50% to reinvesting into more domains.

you cant lose i back all initials. I make parking income and sales every month plus I have a $20 an hour offline job as well. I back it with cash, personal parking income, and sales.

I really didnt draw up a plan because domaining is too hard to predict. I could draw up an amazing business plan with all these nice promises but I refuse. My plan is simple people.

1.) buy domains
2.) pick rather to develop, sell, park, etc
3.) make the income
4.) reinvest 50% profits to more domains and payout other 50% of the prior months profits split amongst the shares.
5.) share holders get money

there is no set value you will get every month per share because our income will vary no 2 months income should be identical. lol

It just keeps growing and growing and growing your not required to reinvest you profits but we are gonna let people do that as well.

Hi great idea, but the point of joint capital or experience is mainly in greater buying power + experience. so if you got 20 people each at 200 bucks, I can not see any competition, because some guys here spend that like in 2 hours? You could have different packages and your goal should be to collect at least 50K minimum for a start up. Just my 2 cents.

but we gotta remember that its all relative.. and smaller group of people and or smaller amounts may simply mean a smaller roi or profit output to each. and not necessarily a sign of failure or bad idea.

but yes I agree.. this sort of group with this kind of money input, probably by definition cannot result in huge profit margins for each member in the end. unless the creator has some hidden plan onyl he knows ;P

Thank you for your message. Can you share here how many have sent you money so far? I didn't get my answers yet. I'm sorry if I sound negative but it's very difficult to send you money just like that because I don't really know you in person, you haven't shared any business plans, execution process or anything. But yes, this idea is great and I'd love to invest; I wish to know more about you and your business.

You should immediately throw out the profit share in the first 6 months. The 200 bucks should be locked for at least 6 months and only people who can afford those 200 bucks should invest. Lets say you get 50 people. You invest 10.000 in domains in January and till March you sell 5 domains for 5000 USD. The profits are still - 5000. Avoid parking at the first stage, because, when buying at auctions you collect in 12- 18 months some profits. Offer packages of 1000 USD for some bigger investors and add +20% of shares (600) 200 bucks 100.
Avoid conflicts of interest. The business PLAN is a must at least 5 - 6 pages. Buying at auctions or domains in 300 - 2000 USD should be a priority. Avoid any speculations as CHIPs (Western premiums, Moonlight premiums and such) because you have a dead capital. Invest 50% in keywords and 50% in brandables.

We could start with brokering domains. however, I think we could start building apps/websites too and sell them after we've some good number of users. What to build? we can brainstorm on that.

My opinion is the development could be the high priority. First lets say 10 - 20 websites with original content and Adsense accepted. You can get such at about 300 - 500 bucks at Flippa. Than some unique articles should be constantly ordered, I am willing to donate depression.solutions, ALL articles are unique, but there are still 30 too less to be Adsense accepted. I have Bachelors of Biochemistry and some Exams made at theoretical Physics, so I wrote all the articles by myself.

The guys who running this "fund" should show some proven track record. For example taking $200 dollars and at least turning it into $250. From my experience people who can make money online DO NOT need any outside investment. Also there must be a LAWYER who drafts clear agreement between all parties. Everyone must understand their rights and responsibilities. I am happy people excited about this, but please think it through before you send the funds. Good luck guys!

I think the best way to do it is "free market system". Anyone who wants to lead the fund presents his business plan and projections. Then people can decide who they want to go with.
