I thought it might be interesting to have a post where we can see what domains have been appraised at, either using paid or free services and whatever extension.

A lot of the prices are way out there so I will start.

I had into.one come up at 2.8 million USD on siteprice.org. Price has fluctuated quite a lot.

I use to use appraisal tools a lot especially before buying names but now I just price domain myself... Based on quality, brand potential, keywords etc...and the vision I have.

thats eventually how i want to value my domain names

eg two quality keyword .com's

do your domains that you value yourself sell for the price you put on them

Sounds good,

So far they sell within the price range I put them ... I focus on end-users...the buyer sometimes buy at the set price and sometimes they negotiate and I try to reach a middle ground and at other times they just go silent.
But serious endusers will always be willing to pay atleast low to mid. ..x,xxx for a name that represents their brand or negotiate. If they are not willing to pay that then they don't deserve the name and they don't value their brand.

I invested all i had or really what didn't have, to buy a good name to be the face of my brand so I'm leading by example.

I'm still learning to price the names right...with the criteria i gave above along with similar recorded sales....

you make a good point there about investing all you had or didn't have

some times its a difficult choice knowing if to buy when funds are tight

with regards to domain name valuation etc i have let 30 domain names expire this year

but as annoying as this is now in a way its good because the ones that i have let expire that are similar to the ones i still have etc - its good to see the price the new owners of the domain names i once owned have put these domains up for sale at which gives me a guide price to value my domain names at

I basically put no worth in an online appraisal, so I've never actually paid to have one done before.

Is there anyone out there who has who would recommend it?

Automatic appraisal tools can give some additional information (you can find more relevant info by yourself, though) that can help you price your domain, but that's it. Personally I never price my domains based on automatic appraisal.

I do use Estibot lead generation tool, though
