Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

I sold a domain and it took 35 days to receive the money from the date on which the domain is transferred to the buyer..

When I called the telephone customer service told me I had to address the issue with the transfer center. I send many emails and they took many days to respond.

Be patient.

First, never click a link in a email. They should never send you a email with a link to do something you can't do from the management consoles. Except verify email address.

Second, call them and make them explain it to you, including the broken link emails.

Not sure how they do their transactions now-a-days. Have not used them in many years and they change things every year.

Once consumer acceptance has been established over the next 3-6 months, the venture capital money will begin to flow to many a start-up. And that will contribute to names demand for our niche. Many sales are under the radar with NDA. Hard to put together stats at this early stage and have them be accurate.

Where to sell is never taken for granted. It does depend on what you are selling to who and if you are a long term investor to end-user or a flipper. You will want to list with one major DLS like GoDaddy/Afternic or Sedo.
Everyone has different policies that have different implications.

I always use one major DLS for all my names and list specific sub-niches on other platforms.
Think of it as a business plan. I go hunting the future end users before they commit to a name.
As long as you have a plan. You will adjust it as you lean more.
